I Wish I Had Found This Sooner

by Yvonne Johnson

Many campers have made it their goal to visit as many National Parks in the U.S. as they can - its on their bucket list. If you would like to add a few of the national parks (or all of them) to your own bucket list, click here to get a list of all the parks.

Lots of campers like to collect mementos of their camping trips to famous or interesting places, and there is usually no lack of souvenirs to find in the gift shops. Some popular mementos include sew-on patches, pins or buttons, ball caps, coffee mugs, collectible spoons, and pennants.

If you are more into collecting postcards or posters of your favorite parks, then you're in luck. Here are some posters I recently found for sale online:

Camping in the National Parks

These posters are a part of the "59 Park Print Series," a fabulous collection of posters, postcards, and notebooks that feature 59 different National Parks. The posters sell from $40 - $100, but the postcards are only $6 for a pack of 5.

Unfortunately, I found this site a little too late (thus the title "I which I had found this sooner"). All of the postcard packs are already sold out. But the good news is that there are still posters available AND many of the planned posters in the series have not been printed yet. So it seems probable that there will be more postcards available when the new posters are printed. Check out the website: Click Here. Be sure to look at all the merchandise advertised on the site because they have other souvenir items such as bandanas, T-shirts, pennants, patches, and stickers.
