This is a short video about the warranty we give on all our models. In this video, you will learn about our one-year warranty, what the warranty covers and what it doesn't cover, and how to get service if you have a warranty issue. Although we sell our teardrop trailers directly from the factory, we do not require you to return the camper to the factory for warranty service. Our warranty service policy is unique in the industry, but it is a policy that we have used successfully for all our products, ranging from $90,000 vehicles down to our most inexpensive camper, the Small Fry.
One of the reasons we are able to support our unique warranty service policy is that our campers are so well made that warranty problems are virtually non-existent. For example, to make sure there are no water leaks in our campers, we use a proprietary 3-phase method of water-proofing that costs over $2.00 a foot.
Nothing is perfect, of course, especially products of a mechanical nature. No matter how expensive or how well made a product is built, anything mechanical has the possibility to have problems. But at PeeWee Campers, we concentrate on making our products as bullet-proof as possible, which in turn makes life easier on you as well as us.
Please note that individual options that you may purchase from our list of options have their own individual warranties. These items include, but are not limited to: air conditioners, televisions, microwave ovens, and fridge-coolers. These items are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer. Many of these warranties may be less than 1 year.
